Multiple people have been injured during an active shooting at a South Carolina shopping center on Saturday.Police swarmed the Hayward Mall in Greenville on Saturday afternoon after reports of an active shooter.Multiple shooting victims were located inside the building, officers told WSPA.Several people have been detained while the police work to evacuate the mall.Police said this is not a random shooting. The Daily Mail has reached out to the police for comment.One X user who claimed to be at the mall said 'everybody [was] running, trying to get out' after the shots rang out. 'I'm in line to check out, had to drop my s**t. I honestly wanted to take shoes with me,' they wrote.
