A court of inquiry is being constituted, to ascertain the cause of the accident,” the Indian Air Force said in a statement.The military did not provide details on casualties.News channel NDTV broadcast images from the crash site showing a thick plume of black smoke rising into the air and the aircraft apparently broken into several pieces.An investigation has been ordered to determine the cause of the crash. — AFP
