Two nursing students from Kerala were killed after the motorcycle they were riding crashed into a road median near R.R. Dental College in Kengeri during the early hours of Saturday (June 13, 2026).The deceased have been identified as Atul and Gaurishankar, both nursing students pursuing their studies in Bengaluru.According to police, the accident occurred around 2 a.m. when the two students were travelling on a motorcycle from the Mysuru side towards Bengaluru. Near R.R. Dental College, the rider reportedly lost control of the vehicle, causing the bike to ram into the road median.The impact of the collision was severe, resulting in fatal injuries to both students. They died on the spot, police said.Kengeri police rushed to the scene, conducted an inspection and shifted the bodies for post-mortem.A case has been registered, and further investigation is underway to ascertain the exact cause of the accident.
