WISeKey Subsidiaries Formalize Multi-Year Joint Operation of Quantum Spatial Orbital Cloud

Cybersecurity and IoT holding entity WISeKey International Holding Ltd has finalized a commercial agreement between its operational subsidiaries, SEALSQ Corp and WISeSat.Space Corp., to co-develop and deploy the Quantum Spatial Orbital Cloud (QSOC). Positioned as a subscription-based managed cloud platform for banking institutions, national defense agencies, and enterprise clients, the QSOC program plans to deploy a 100-satellite low-Earth orbit (LEO) constellation. The space segment will deliver quantum key distribution (QKD), certified quantum random number generation (QRNG), and post-quantum identity frameworks, with incremental hardware deployments scaling toward Full Operational Capability (FOC) by 2033.
