Elon Musk is officially the world’s first trillionaire. On Friday, SpaceX’s initial public offering, or IPO, shot up the valuation of the space exploration and AI company to an astronomical $1.77 trillion, the largest IPO and corporate valuation in history. Musk’s controlling share of the corporation’s stock pushed his already astronomical net worth of around $800 billion into the trillions.
