A 32-year-old factory worker wept as he freed of sexual assault charges in the Home Circuit Court on Friday after a jury returned unanimous not-guilty verdicts.Presiding judge Justice Vaughn Smith thanked the jurors for their service before ordering the man’s He was charged with four counts of having sexual intercourse with a person under 16 years old.Attorney-at-law Richard Lynch welcomed the outcome, saying the verdict gives his client an opportunity to rebuild his life."I am very pleased with the result. The matter was subsequently reported to the police, and following an investigation he was arrested.After further enquiries, he was charged with four counts of having sexual intercourse with a person under 16 years old.The man made numerous court appearances over the course of the proceedings and maintained his innocence throughout the matter.
