Four British pro-Palestinianactivists were sentenced to a total of more than 20 years over a2024 raid on a factory operated by Israeli defence firm Elbitwhich caused more than £1 million of damage, with the judgegiving longer terms after ​determining there was a “terrorismconnection.”

Charlotte Head, 30, Samuel Corner, 23, Leona Kamio, 30, andFatema Zainab Rajwani, 21, were members of the banned groupPalestine Action, which organised the assault on the ElbitSystems UK facility in Bristol, southwest England, two yearsago.

They were convicted of criminal damage at ⁠Woolwich CrownCourt in May while Corner, who prosecutors said hit a policeofficer with a sledgehammer, was found guilty of inflictinggrievous bodily harm. They had previously been acquitted ofaggravated burglary.

Prosecutors said the incident should be treated as having aterrorism connection and the four should be sentencedaccordingly with harsher ⁠punishments, drawing condemnation fromhuman rights groups and high-profile supporters.
