PinkPantheress’ “Stateside,” with Zara Larsson, jumps two spots to No. 1 on Billboard’s Pop Airplay chart (dated June 20).
The coronation marks the latest milestone for the hit, which surged after Alysa Liu skated to it in her exhibition performance at the Milano Cortina Olympics Feb. 21, even emulating some of PinkPantheress’ choreography from the song’s video. Two days earlier, Liu became the women’s figure skating champion, earning the U.S. its first gold medal in the event since 2002.
