Labral tears are among the most common pathologies treated in hip arthroscopy.When the labrum is irreparable — whether due to segmental defects, calcification or failed previous repair — labral reconstruction may be the next best step. Reconstructing the labrum restores the suction seal, joint stability and normal kinematics.
