The Simply Good Coffee Plastic-Free Brewer isn’t afraid to take on the big guns. It’s a gorgeous machine with an industrial, utilitarian aesthetic and a beginner-friendly interface. As much as I love this machine, I have to admit it’s not actually plastic-free — there’s silicone tubing and plastic exterior materials. But if you’re focused on minimizing plastic rather than obliterating plastic, it’s a machine to watch.
