Ukrainian company Skyeton has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ONBERG Autonomous Systems (ONBERG), aligning both parties on cooperation to strengthen European defence capabilities.

Details: ONBERG is a joint venture between HD Advanced Technologies and Ondas Autonomous Systems, focused on autonomous drone defence systems. The company commenced operations in April 2026 at a facility in Brandenburg, Germany.
"... [We] have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aiming to scale production and deliver NATO-compliant unmanned aerial systems (UAS) in support of Europe's urgent defence readiness requirements," Skyeton said.
