Veteran actor Anupam Kher looks fit and glowing at the age of 71. The ‘Kashmir Files’ star recently proved that age is indeed just a number, by posting a workout video on his Instagram. In the video, the actor can be seen executing lat pulldowns with remarkable concentration and determination. He maintained excellent technique throughout the exercise, activating his back muscles effectively through slow, controlled, and precise repetitions that highlighted both his strength and disciplined training approach. The video went viral with many fans gushing about the actor’s fitness and endurance levels. In two older interviews, the actor open up about his diet. In a chat with Curly Tales, the Hum Aapke Hai Kaun star revealed he starts his day with some sabja seeds which have been soaked overnight. He often has a bowl of chia seed bowl with nuts, seeds, coconut milk, and dates for breakfast. His lunch and dinner usually consists of sabzi (vegetable) and jowar ki roti. “For meals, I take one sabzi and jowar ki roti which is not very tasty,” he said. At the interview, he ignored the Pan-Asian food like dim sums, stir fry etc and ate home-cooked meal which consisted of bhindi, daal and roti.
