Leading broadcast company GMA Network has been named “Television Station of the Year” at the 2026 Pro Patria Journalism Awards of the Rotary Club of Manila, held on June 11 at the Fairmont Hotel.Receiving the award on behalf of GMA Network was Vice President for News Programs and Specials and Officer-in-Charge of GMA News Michelle Seva.

Multi-awarded broadcast journalist Atom Araullo was honored as “Television Broadcaster of the Year.”

Speaking on behalf of GMA Network, Seva underscored how the award is not only for GMA and its employees, but for every Filipino who continues to trust the Kapuso Network “in moments of triumph and in moments of loss.”
