Insider Brief
BW Digital and NUS College of Design and Engineering have launched a research collaboration focused on developing frameworks for quantum-ready data centre infrastructure in Southeast Asia.
The 18-month project will study infrastructure requirements for quantum-classical computing integration, including thermal, cryogenic, power, connectivity, and operational considerations.
Researchers will examine how tropical environments affect quantum infrastructure deployment and develop planning tools and readiness frameworks for future facilities.
