Ukrainian forces struck the Afipsky oil refinery in Russia's Krasnodar region, a facility used to produce unmanned naval boats in temporarily occupied Sevastopol, as well as Russian drone storage sites and command posts in occupied Ukrainian territories on June 10 and in the early hours of June 11.
The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces announced this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
"Yesterday and during the night of June 11, 2026, units of Ukraine's Defense Forces carried out strikes against a number of military, logistics, and industrial facilities of the Russian occupation forces," the statement said.
According to the General Staff, the Afipsky oil refinery in Russia's Krasnodar region was hit. Available information confirms successful strikes on the target and a fire on the facility's premises.
The General Staff noted that the Afipsky refinery is one of the largest oil-processing enterprises in southern Russia. Its annual processing capacity is 6.25 million tonnes. The refinery produces diesel fuel, gasoline, fuel oil, and other petroleum products used to support both the Russian economy and the military logistics of the aggressor state.
