EOS Investors Acquires The Press Hotel
EOS Investors LLC ("EOS"), the real estate investment firm founded in 2017 by Jonathan Wang, today announced its acquisition of The Press Hotel, Autograph Collection, a 110-key lifestyle hotel located in the heart of Portland, Maine. The acquisition adds a top Portland hotel to EOS’s New England portfolio, encompassing 16 hotels, including eleven in Maine specifically.
