Former chief ombudsman Sir Peter Boshier has revealed he threatened to go to the Solicitor-General to prosecute Te Whatu Ora after it repeatedly failed to respond to requests under the Official Information Act.
It was the only time in nearly 10 years in the role that he made the ultimatum.
