Family Bank has set June 23 as its listing date on the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE) after receiving the Capital Market Authority's (CMA) approval.
The bank's listing will be the second this year following Kenya Pipeline Company’s initial public offering in March.
Family Bank lists on NSE June 23 via introduction of 1.66 billion shares without raising new capital. Listing reduces founder Titus Muya's stake from 31.9% toward 30% regulatory compliance, addressing emerging-market governance pressures.
