The FDA approved a regimen of one maintenance dose every 8 weeks for lebrikizumab-lbkz in adults and children aged 12 years and older who weigh at least 88 pounds with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis, according to a press release. Lebrikizumab-lbkz (Ebglyss, Eli Lilly) 250 mg/2 mL single injection, a targeted interleukin-13 inhibitor, is already approved for a once-monthly maintenance dose.
