The Outpost Was Established Near the Jenin Refugee Camp, Which Was Cleared of Its Residents in January of Last Year. In Legal Documents Obtained by Haaretz, the Army Claimed That the Project Was 'Intended to Replace the Presence of Forces in the Residents' Homes in the Camp' and That All 'Required Approvals' Had Been Received
