President Donald Trump has a big birthday on Sunday, June 14, and now he's revealed what he wants as a gift.Trump was answering questions from reporters on June 10 while signing the Secure America Act in the Oval Office. Trump was asked what his birthday wish is, besides peace in the Middle East.He thought about it for a moment before answering, "peace for the world!" Trump also said his New Year's resolution for 2026 was "world peace."This year, U.S. troops captured Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro and his wife in a surprise attack in January. Months later, the US and Israel bombed Iran in a conflict that is ongoing. Earlier in his remarks, he vowed to continue "attacking them very hard" after retaliating against Iran shooting down an American Apache helicopter near the Strait of Hormuz. On his birthday this year, an Ultimate Fighting Championship event will be happening on the South Lawn of the White House.The arena has stood taller than the roof of the White House for weeks, and Trump said it will hold about 5,000 spectators.Trump said the fight night will be the "biggest event we've ever had at the White House." It was planned as part of the country's 250th anniversary.Last year on Trump's birthday, which is also Flag Day, Trump attended a military parade and festival for the Army's 250th anniversary.
