New Zealand's most expensive suburb list has been updated - and it features many of the same names as have been common for the past few years.
Herne Bay has been top of the list for years, worth a median $3.029 million in May this year, $3.215m in May 2023, $3.7m in May 2021 and $2.8m in May 2018.
Cotality chief property economist Kelvin Davidson said Herne Bay had been the country's priciest suburb since at least the mid-2000s.
