MANILA, Philippines – Clark International Airport Corp. (CIAC) has secured a long-term lease agreement with a Washington-based supplier to aerospace giant Boeing, as it pushes to develop Clark into a hub for aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services.
In a statement on Wednesday, CIAC said Heatcon Asia Inc., the regional arm of the composite repair solutions provider, signed a 25-year lease agreement to establish a manufacturing, material distribution and in-shop composite repair facility within the Clark Civil Aviation Complex.

Heatcon manufactures hot bonders, heat blankets and process materials used by commercial and military aviation operators, including Boeing, the world’s largest aerospace company. It also manufactures infrared heating systems, vacuum sources and pneumatic assemblies.
