Jiin Ming Industry Co (錦明) yesterday showcased its new fixed-wing uncrewed aerial vehicle (UAV) at a technology forum organized by a government-funded drone alliance, as the company eyes business opportunities in the rapidly growing drone market.The company also demonstrated its key digital video transmission module and anti-jamming technology at the forum.The forum was organized by the Taiwan Excellence Drone International Business Opportunities Alliance, with local drone makers Aerospace Industrial Development Corp (漢翔) and Thunder Tiger Group (雷虎), as well as several supply chain companies.

“The forum allows Jiin Ming to deepen its collaborations with members of the alliance, and government and academic representatives to explore business opportunities in key markets, including the US, Japan, Europe and Southeast Asia,” the company said in a statement.“We also endeavor to enhance Taiwan’s competitive edge in the non-China UAV supply chain worldwide,” it said.
