The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) has summoned the broadcast licence and relevant documentation of private television station Ekattor TV in connection with a case involving alleged crimes against humanity during Hifazat-e Islam’s 2013 gathering at Motijheel Shapla Chattar.
Mozammel Haque Babu, the former managing director of Ekattor Media Limited, and Farzana Rupa, the channel's former principal correspondent, are accused in the case.
