Manners, a former data consultant turned elite alpinist, skied down the southwest ridge of Mount Ranrapalca in the Cordillera Blanca mountain range. The route had been considered inaccessible for over 40 years due to its challenging glacial terrain. She completed the historic run alongside Italian ski mountaineer Marco Malcang.
