Cyera Raises $600 Million at $12 Billion Valuation to Continue Building the Trust Layer for the AI Era

World's largest companies rely on Cyera to close critical infrastructure gap standing between AI ambition and trusted AI transformation.

In 2026, 68% of organizations cannot tell the difference between human activity and AI agent activity inside their own systems. Without that visibility, there is lack of trust, which has stalled AI transformation for many enterprises. This is mostly due to a gap that's structural - a lack of infrastructure. The AI industry built out chips, models, and compute; what is needed now is the layer that governs what AI can see and do--and how the risks it creates should be addressed.

Cyera continues to build the trust layer powering enterprise AI transformation, and today announced its latest funding round of $600 million, quadrupling the company’s valuation over the last 18 months to $12 billion. Over the last year, Cyera has shipped more than 100 new product capabilities across Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), privacy, identity, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and agentic security, building what is now a comprehensive trust layer for the enterprise.

This round was led by Evolution Equity Partners, with participation from Cyberstarts and Temasek, in addition to all existing investors including Accel, AT&T Ventures, Blackstone, Coatue, Spark Capital, among others. Cyera is now positioned as one of the most valuable privately held security companies in the world with total funding over $2 billion.
