The Center for Digital Education is launching a new version of aiaiapps, a collection of crystalized prompts in the form of user-friendly apps for education.aiaiapps provides a simple interface to a collection of AI-based apps or tools developed by CEDE for education, offering teachers a practical way to generate content from their existing course materials. The offered tools fall within the following categories:Tools for the generation of educational resources. By feeding in source materials, teachers can generate a set of quiz questions, exercises, or hints.Tools created from existing educational material propose multiple permutations. Creating quiz variations is necessary but time-consuming. aiaiapps offers tools to help generate these variations.Tools for making existing content more accessible, such as creating alt-text for images and other descriptions, improving accessibility for students with visual impairments or diverse learning needs.aiaiapps exclusively uses open-weight LLMs hosted by RCP (Research Computing Platform), providing an institutional, on-campus alternative to sending data to commercial LLM providers when using AI to generate or adapt educational material. For more information about the project, please check its ‘about’ page: https://aiaiapps.epfl.ch/en/about Link to aiaiapps: https://aiaiapps.epfl.ch/
