As of early June, public trust in President Volodymyr Zelenskyy among Ukrainians has stabilised at 61%, while 73% say they trust Valerii Zaluzhnyi, former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and current Ambassador to the United Kingdom.

Source: a survey conducted by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS) between 7 May and 3 June 2026

Details: According to the poll, 34% of respondents said they do not trust Zelenskyy, giving him a net trust rating of +27%.

KIIS noted that compared with April 2026, both trust and distrust levels towards the president remained virtually unchanged, within the margin of error, although his net trust score improved slightly from +22% to +27%.
