We saw first-hand how traditional workspaces were built for occupancy, not for how companies actually operate and grow. There were persistent gaps such as traditional providers leaving companies juggling with multiple vendors and administrative headaches, resulting in inefficiencies and missed opportunities for collaboration and employee well-being,” said Gagan Arora, founder and president, Vertex Group. Of the one million square feet, 700,000 sq ft is dedicated workspace and 300,000 sq ft is for ancillary and recreational areas. 6,000 seats are already live and 75% occupied, with a further 4,000 built-to-suit seats coming online in the next two months. Clients include a mix of high-growth startups, MSMEs, and over 15 Fortune 500 companies, with 70% of occupants being international brands.
