Entergy CEO Drew Marsh told CNBC's Jim Cramer on Tuesday that data centers don't have to be a burden on residential communities.

'Fair Share Plus' Shields Ratepayers Marsh said Entergy's "Fair Share Plus" framework requires data center operators to cover all incremental infrastructure costs during the life of their contracts.
