A relief train that was attempting to rescue a derailed power car on a Brahmaputra Express train has also derailed in Mymensingh.
The relief train's carriage derailed around 10am on Wednesday in the outer signal area of Mymensingh Railway Station, said Mymensingh Railway Police Station chief Md Aktar Hossain.
The Bijoy Express train continued its journey to Chattogram around 12:25am, leaving the derailed carriages behind
