Google announced Wear OS 7 less than a month ago and, apparently, it’s already ready to roll out, as Verizon has let it slip that three Pixel Watch models are about to get the latest update.
Wear OS 7 is by no means a “major” update to Google’s smartwatch platform, but it’s not particularly small either. As announced in May, the update will feature Live Updates, support for widgets (in a rework of Tiles), an update to the media player, a new workout tracking experience for third-party apps, and more.

Google said the update would be available “later this year,” so it’s pretty surprising that, apparently, it’s going to land any day now.
Verizon today posted changelogs (via Droid-Life) for Pixel Watch 2, Pixel Watch 3, and Pixel Watch 4, all for Wear OS 7 updates and carrying the following version numbers:
