Guwahati: Kuki Inpi Manipur (KIM)strongly condemned the killing of Haogin Lhouvum,a resident of Lasan Village, Tamenglong District, who was shot dead at around 1 PM on 9 June 2026.KIM stated the cold-blooded murder of an innocent civilian is a stark reflection of the grave failure of the state's security apparatus, the selective deployment of security forces, and the persistent administrative bias against the Kuki-Zo people.
