Finnish real estate firm Trevian is partnering with European cloud firm Glesys for a new data center in Oulu, Finland.
The companies this week announced a partnership to establish Campus Oulu, a new AI-ready data center campus in Oulu, a city in central Finland and the regional capital of North Ostrobothnia.

The first deployment phase is expected to be ready for service in autumn 2026, supporting an initial IT load of approximately 8MW.
Local press reports the development will be in the Rusko area of Oulu at the former Nokia premises at Kaapelitie 4.
