IN A VIRAL, three-part TikTok video, a disgruntled customer confronted representatives of Umhlanga travel company, iLikeTravel, claiming that she was scammed out of R60,000.
The videos, posted by user @susa_300_, captured a heated confrontation between Susa and individuals she identified as "employees" of the company, including a man referred to as the "company's CEO".
In the videos, Susa repeatedly insisted that her primary concern was recovering the money she claimed was owed to her.
In the first video, tensions escalated when Susa directed her frustration towards the company's representatives.
