Two Prime Earns SOC 1 Type 2 and SOC 2 Type 2 Designation

Two Prime Inc. (“Two Prime” or “the firm”), a leading provider of bitcoin financial services to institutional investors, today announced its successful completion of System and Organization Controls (SOC) 1 Type 1 and SOC 2 Type 2 third-party audits under standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Both reports were issued with no exceptions noted by the independent third-party auditor.
The examinations evaluated the design and operating effectiveness of Two Prime’s internal controls over a defined review period. The results confirm that the firm’s controls operated effectively throughout the examination period and met the requirements of both frameworks.
