At least 132 migrants were rescued in two separate search-and-rescue operations off the southern coast of Kali Limenes on Tuesday morning.

In the first incident, a Coast Guard vessel rescued 48 people from a boat located about 32 nautical miles south-southeast of Kali Limenes. In a second, the Coast Guard rescued around 84 people from another boat approximately 33 nautical miles southeast of the coastal town.

All migrants were safely transferred to the port of Kali Limenes.
