Postfinance Appoints Compliance Expert to Its Board of Directors

Postfinance is strengthening its Board of Directors with the appointment of a renowned specialist in compliance and financial market law.

At an extraordinary general meeting held on 2 June 2026, shareholders elected Christoph Kurth to the seven-member Board of Directors, according to a statement released on Tuesday. He succeeds Bernadette Koch, who stepped down at the end of March this year and has since joined the Board of Directors of Luzerner Kantonalbank.

Kurth will occupy one of the four board seats designated by Swiss Post and will also join the Audit & Compliance Committee.
