Papuan rebels have claimed they would facilitate access for humanitarian organizations under the supervision of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to assist Papuans who are affected by conflict and in evacuation centers.The West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB), the armed wing of the Free Papua Organization (OPM), has requested the government to thus allow access for the evacuees affected by the conflict.
