White House border czar Tom Homan said New York City will see its largest-ever deployment of Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents after Gov.

Kathy Hochul signed legislation limiting cooperation between local authorities and federal immigration officials.

ICE Surge Planned for New York On Monday, Homan said that New York City will soon experience what he described as the largest deployment of ICE agents in its history, linking the move directly to a recently enacted state law.

"You are going to see more ICE agents than you have ever seen in New York City.

And it's coming," Homan said during an appearance on Fox News' "Fox & Friends." He added, "I just reviewed an operational plan.
