A quiet Unionville neighbourhood is reeling after a fire tore through two homes on Chambery Crescent on Friday, killing three seniors and forcing multiple families from their homes. In the aftermath, neighbours have been left to piece together what happened and to comfort those who have lost the most.
“We’re seniors. We’ve lived here in Unionville for many years. We raised our children here,” said Allana English who witnessed the chaos. “It’s devastating for everyone in the community.”
