The Ukraine war continues to take a heavy toll on Russia's downstream sector. Russia has imposed a temporary ban on jet fuel exports from Jun. 1 through to Nov. 30 in a bid to head off domestic fuel shortages caused by repeated Ukrainian drone strikes on its refineries and fueling infrastructure. "The purpose of this decision is to ensure a stable situation on the domestic fuel market," a government statement explained.
