During June 8, there were 213 combat clashes between Ukraine’s Defense Forces and Russian invading troops along the front line, with roughly one-third occurring in the Pokrovsk and Huliaipole sectors.

According to Ukrinform, the information was provided by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in its operational update as of 22:00.

“Since the beginning of the day, a total of 213 combat engagements have taken place. The enemy launched two missile strikes using three missiles, carried out 55 air strikes, dropping 176 guided aerial bombs. In addition, they deployed 6,460 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,305 shelling attacks on populated areas and our troop positions,” the statement said.

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, one combat engagement was recorded. Russian forces carried out 43 attacks on settlements and Ukrainian positions, including one using multiple-launch rocket systems.

In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, Russian troops launched seven assaults near Vovchanski Khutory, Lyman, Starytsia, and toward Ternova and Volokhivka.
