Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Monday launched a Global Value & Innovation Centres (GVIC) Business Unit that will help enterprises establish AI-native GCCs while helping existing GCCs move towards a value- and innovation-led, operating model.The GVIC offers services across the full lifecycle of GCCs, enabling a move from strategy and setup to scaled operations and AI-led transformation. The offering combines a Human + AI Operating Model, AI-ready data and cloud foundations, enterprise platforms, responsible AI framework, future-ready talent models and other TCS platforms like TCS COIN and TCS Pace.“With TCS GVIC, we are bringing together TCS’ deep experience across the GCC lifecycle with our strengths in AI, engineering, talent and operations to build high-impact, future-ready global centers that deliver sustained business value for clients,” said K.
