Gibbs Mura Welcomes Philadelphia-Based Partner Michael Weinkowitz
Gibbs Mura, A Law Group is pleased to welcome Philadelphia-based partner Michael Weinkowitz, further expanding the firm’s national mass tort and complex litigation practice. Michael joins Gibbs Mura from Levin Sedran & Berman LLP and is accompanied by associate Alicia Armstrong.

Michael holds leadership appointments in the federal social media addiction multidistrict litigation In re Social Media Adolescent Addiction/Personal Injury Products Liability Litigation, which consolidates thousands of lawsuits brought by school districts, families and state attorneys general alleging that TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and YouTube have harmed children’s mental health and are intentionally designed to be addictive. He is Co-Chair of the School District Committee, Co-Chair of the TikTok Liability team, and serves on the Plaintiff Leadership Committee. Michael was also one of the lead trial counsel for the first bellwether school district on behalf of Breathitt County Schools that settled shortly before trial.
