The IRGC's Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters announced that the armed forces of the Islamic Republic are suspending operations following the execution of missile strikes against Israel. However, it warned that if attacks persist, more severe responses will follow.

The headquarters' statement noted that the recent attacks were carried out in reaction to what it termed "the aggressions and evils of the Zionist regime in southern Lebanon and the Dahiyeh region, backed by the United States."

The statement claimed that the Islamic Republic, in support of the people of Lebanon, delivered a "painful response" to Israel and expects this action to serve as a "lesson" for Israel and its supporters.

This comes as the Islamic Republic initiated its attacks against Israel following yesterday's strikes by the Israeli military against the forces of Lebanese Hezbollah, the militia group affiliated with the Iranian government.

At the same time, the Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters warned that if attacks continue, particularly in southern Lebanon, the Islamic Republic's response will be "far more severe and crushing."
