MANILA, Philippines — Senator Erwin Tulfo on Monday filed a “grave oral defamation” complaint against three of the alleged “18 ex-bodyguards” of former Congressman Zaldy Co for implicating him in the flood control scandal.
Tulfo filed the complaint before the Pasay City Regional Trial Court, naming respondents Bernard Gumban, Rosebert Waupan, and Benny Bulontate.
