The UAE has announced a Dh36.7 million ($9.9 million) aid package for Gaza to bolster urgent humanitarian relief.
More than 160,000 food parcels and at least 40,000 health kits will be distributed across the enclave.
Funding is allocated by Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed, Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra and Emirates Red Crescent Chairman.
The assistance forms part of Operation Gallant Knight 3, launched after the October 7, 2023 war, amid ongoing Israeli attacks despite a US-brokered ceasefire.
