Russia's Sochi airport has been operating with major disruptions since 5 June amid Ukrainian drone attacks, with thousands of passengers unable to leave the resort city for several days.

Details: According to ASTRA, online departure boards show dozens of delayed and cancelled flights, both arrivals and departures. Passengers have reported overcrowding inside the terminal, with no available seating left. Travellers are sitting and lying on the floor, using towels and camping mats as makeshift bedding.
Mash said that during this period, the airport has been open for only a total of eight minutes.
